Joy Fund Application

The Joy Fund is dedicated to creating joyful experiences for palliative care cancer patients and families in Chelan, Douglas, Grant, and Okanogan Counties. Through community partnerships, this program is designed to enhance the quality of life for Cancer Warriors, allowing them to create lasting memories with loved ones.

Nominate a Cancer Warrior that meets these criteria by filling out and submitting this request form. Although we would love to fulfill every request, funds are limited and preferable to local experiences.

Applications are due by the 15th of every month. The committee will review applications month, and follow-up with nominators by the beginning of the following month.
