- Changing diet needs
- Tolerance and taste change
Resource Materials on Alternative-Care Settings
There may be some need for care services and there are several options depending on need, such as:
- Nursing and convalescent homes
- Adult family home
Appearance Aids
Treatments may cause some changes in appearance, temporary or permanent.
- Wigs and head coverings are available at several places, as are clothing alterations.
- Prosthetic devises are available from several sources.

- ValuPlus Home Health Care 1737-D N Wenatchee Ave., Wenatchee provides professional fitting services for prosthetics. Call 663-8772.
Medical Equipment
Standard hospital room equipment can be purchased, rented or borrowed. A list of businesses and other sources is available at Wellness Place.

During the course of treatment there may be a need to have professional, in-home services.
